Poetry Month: In Which McSweeney's Tackles a Shakespearean Issue that has Always Sort of Bugged Me

Personally, I think the Scottish play would have been infinitely improved by a woman killing MacBeth.

I dearly want to see a version of the Scottish play in which Lady MacBeth locks MacBeth in the dungeons to rot, successfully defends the castle against all comers, founds a new dynasty in which the economic and educational status of women improves enormously, and has a name other than (feminine qualifier)-husband's name.
